ONE-TO-ONE STRENGTH BASED THERAPY:
Strength Based Therapy uses positive psychology and neuroscience research to help you create a life you love. Research from these fields show that when you discover your strengths and passions, and apply them regularly, you increase
positivity and life satisfaction, regardless of the state of the economy.  

One-to-one strength based therapy will follow the same schedule as the Creating a Life You Love seminar, but will be more individualized.

Meeting times are based on your schedule as much as possible.

Sessions are in blocks of ten at $750. per block. (not covered by insurance)
