Applying the science of

well-being.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?

... as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

Applying Positive Psychology & Neuroscience

For more than a century therapists have done a great job helping millions of people heal from depression, anxiety, trauma and so much more. But, not being depressed is not the same as being happy; not feeling anxious is not the same as being relaxed. Healing, curing, problem solving, and alleviating symptoms all focus on resolving negative states. This consultation group offers you the opportunity to learn how to increase the positivity in your client’s life (yours too by the way).

The monthly groups will be a combination of didactic, experiential, and case study. Everything we do and talk about will be researched based. There will be homework.

You know how to alleviate suffering - isn’t it time to learn how to increase positivity?

EMDR Consultation Groups
  Sher Kamman, PsyD
Certified EMDR Consultant

EMDR Consultation Groups offer licensed therapists the opportunity to develop and expand their skills by focusing on each clinician’s interests and learning needs.  The format weaves together case presentations, didactic information, topics of interest, new research, specialty protocols, and the integration of other theories/practices.

Consultation groups have a maximum size of five members, with a five-month commitment. (In past consultation groups almost all participants opt to continue.)

All therapists have  “stuck” cases, and bringing them to consultation group offers new learning opportunities for all participants. Integration of individual clinical insights, coupled with EMDR research & practice, leads to a clearer direction for you and your client.

Sher Kamman, PsyD is a certified EMDR Consultant and has been leading consultation groups for a number of years. EMDR with adult and child trauma victims has been a major part of her clinical practice since 1994.

Face-to face consultation groups offered in New Hampshire, southern Maine and northern Massachusetts
